Adonia Williams

Adonia Williams (she/her) joined Blue Shield of California Foundation as a senior executive assistant in 2020. Before joining the Foundation, she worked as an executive assistant for Kaiser Permanente and On Lok, Inc. Prior to that, she was a corporate real estate director at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., implementing strategies for the retail branch network and San Francisco corporate offices.

In her current role, she provides support to the Foundation's executive team.

A Bay Area native, Adonia attended California State University, East Bay, where she studied project management. She is a member of the League of Women Voters, Mt. Diablo District, serving on the communication committee. She enjoys golfing, boating, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
