The Pathway to Leadership: Lessons from Clinic Leadership Institute

In 2008, Blue Shield of California Foundation contracted with BTW informing change to conduct an ongoing evaluation of Clinic Leadership Institute (CLI) to determine the program’s impact on participants and clinics taking part in the program. This report describes key findings based on the experiences of the first two CLI cohorts. The findings are based on both quantitative and qualitative data collected from a range of sources including CLI participants, colleagues and key stakeholders.
