The Patient Engagement Resource Library was developed through the Foundation's support, in partnership with the Institute for High Quality Care and the Center for Community Health and Evaluation.

The Patient Engagement Resource Library compiles helpful tools, articles, case studies, and other reference materials that can be leveraged by consortium and their member clinics to enhance and implement strategies around patient engagement.
